The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

La cama KS que nos tocó en esta ocasión en la habitación Fuentes, estaba demasiado dura. Y la comida que ordenamos en la cena no nos gustó, específicamente la hamburguesa BBQ. Es demasiado pequeña y estaba demasiado tostado el pan, por el precio en que la ofrecen está demasiado cara para lo que te sirven. La verdad es una lástima en su menú (cantidad, variedad y precios) sirven poco, omiten ingredientes que ellos mismos publican en su menú que llevan sus platillos y los precios están muy elevados. Y si quieres ingresar alimentos el exterior te cobran una multa por ello. Entiendo que cada hotel tenga sus políticas pero si me parece que deberían cambiar esa parte ya que por lo demás es un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Increíble lugar

Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse. Lugar muy cómodo, las habitaciones muy amplias. El lugar está rodeado de mucha naturaleza y tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo mucho para quienes buscan demasiada tranquilidad. El servicio es muy bueno y la gente super amable. Sin duda volvería a regresar

El hotel, muy lindo. La habitación sumamente fría, la cama, bastante dura. La atención es buena pero poco cálida. Queda claro que el personal no dará el mínimo plus para atenderte.

Hay mucha tranquilidad. Excelente para descansar. Los precios de la comida están un poco elevados, porque las raciones están un poco pequeñas. Tienen un rico sazón y la atención es excelente. Y los precios por descorche de destilados también considero que es un poco elevado. Todo el personal es muy amable. Me encantó!! Muy recomendable y de verdad es una delicia descansar aquí.
