The property is conveniently located, just 03 blocks fom the main square. Safe area but kinda quiet and "alone" at night. Front desk operates from 7am to 10pm aproximately. They provide a code to open the main door 24/7. No room has bathrooms inside, they are all shared.

For starters, they falsely advertised in room restrooms- which there isn’t any, they’re in a common room that you have to share with anyone else who stays there strangers included- secondly they advertised parking. There was absolutely no parking nearby. It’s smalls streets and they tell you to pretty much figure it out. The worst part, we tried to get a refund and because of their “policy” they couldn’t give us our money back even tho we didn’t even stay. We booked it in the morning, got there at noon, seen it was falsely advertised and wasn’t what we NEEDED, and told them we’d like a refund. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it so to call CheapTickets, which we did and we were told that the best they could do is give us a COUPON worth HALF of what we paid for. It’s ridiculous that they pretty much scammed their way into keeping our money when it was a lie of a description about what the property had. And to top it off, when I called to get it sorted, the rep who I spoke had the audacity to say that the reason they’re keeping half is because the company has to protect themselves…. as if they aren’t a million dollars company. But who cares about us right? Ridiculous.

Desagradable

Terrible, desagradable. . Creo que su publicidad inciso deberían indicar que no cuentan con baños por habitación , sino que debes compartirlos con todos los huéspedes, como si fuera una posada u hostal. El estacionamiento me lo condicionaron y al final me enviaron a otro hotel que por la mala experiencia tampoco nos quedamos .

Casa Aura tiene una ubicación increíble, justo en el centro de Morelia. Todo bien, solo el colchón de la habitación estaba muy viejo y lastimaba un poco, no puedo decir que eso sea gral para las demás camas.

Excelente lugar familiar. Solo un detalle leí pero no lo encontré, solo dan un día toallas y las dejan todo el tiempo q dura la estancia y también dan de cortesía un jaboncito y shampoo una sola vez. Sería conveniente que preguntaran alis huéspedes si nesesitan más o no. Solo en eso fallaron

La cochera es para 4 carros chicos 2 adelante y 2 atrás y si alguien de los carros de adelante tiene que utilizar su auto no está es un problema los baños son compartidos

Sin agua caliente

De 4 noches hospedadas ahí no hubo agua caliente en 3 días, no ofrecen agua de garrafón en cortesía para beber… y se hace un charco de agua afuera del baño y nadie lo seca y además cuando pasas te puedes mojar en esa gotera que sale desde el techo. Muy desagradable. Lo único que destaca es la ubicación.
