"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar. Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."

"A estadia foi com meia pensão. O quarto já estava liberado mas só liberavam a entrada se a meia pensão fosse o almoço, se fosse o jantar precisava aguardar até às 14h, ou pagar uma taxa extra. Achei um absurdo."
