Nice comfortable room with a lovely view of Morecombe bay, clean and tidy bathroom. At breakfast a good selection of food which was cooked to order extra tea coffee and toast if required

Lovely clean friendly B&B overlooking the bay at the quieter east end of the promenade. Nothing was too much trouble for John and Edward, they even cleared a space in their garage to allow us to park our classic mini out of sight. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choice cooked fresh to order, comfy bed and a great base to explore the local area and the Lakes. We will definitely return for a longer break next time!

Enjoyable stay in Morecambe/Lancaster
We checked us in and helped get our bags up to our room on the 2nd floor. The room was small as we expected it would be but it had everything we needed including the ensuite bathroom and a view of Morecambe Bay. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. The breakfasts were varied, freshly cooked to order and delicious.

Stayed quite a few times over the last few months, excellent B&B right on the coast overlooking the most beautiful views. i would strongly recommend this superb B&B, to add an excellent breakfast and very welcoming hosts.

It was the best stay Edward was so warm and friendly hell go out of his way to make you comfortable like the breakfasts start at 7:30 but i was leaving early so hell make sure am having breakfast before i leave by 7:15 and best scramble egg ever. Thanks Edward for ur hospitality. It was great and the view is too die for.

Great sea view and superb breakfast
Excellent location, right on the sea-front, with free parking on the road outside the hotel, we had a very enjoyable late-December break at the Craigwell. Our double room on the 2nd floor with sea view was comfortable, with plentiful tea and coffee supplies (we were invited to help ourselves to top-ups when needed, from the breakfast room) and a generous choice of healthy breakfast options that included a wide range of tasty cooked and cold meals setting us up really well for long coastal walks. Just a short walk from the town, this was an excellent base from which to explore the area. We had a minor problem trying to get the ensuite power shower to run consistently hot on some days, but this was the only negative note on what was otherwise a much-enjoyed and much-need seaside getaway.
