"First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. "Too old needs a major remodeling "

"Room clean nice.The bedding so stiff. The bed was the hardest I have ever been on. Very uncomfortable sleeps. The pillows are something I have never slept on before , over 10lbs in weight hard as a rock , leaving your neck very very sore.. The air was so dry , no air control Front desk staff were helpful and kind, I left after five days very sore. The hotel staff restaurant, especially Freddie and Francisco, were absolutely a joy and very attentive. The location was great"

"I stayed at Hotel More by Kavia for one week, a brand new property I booked without knowing exactly what to expect, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stunning, fresh, and beautifully designed. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities are high quality, and the overall aesthetic is modern yet warm. The location next to the Monument feels very central. I was able to walk almost everywhere, and Ubers were always just minutes away. It made exploring the city effortless. The staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, which made a huge difference as a traveler. They’ve done a beautiful job with this hotel, and I absolutely plan to stay here again when I return to Mexico City ❤️"
