"We stayed at the property for 4 nights and it was amazing!! Great customer service by the host. They were very accommodating with any requests we had. The villa was very clean and specious. The pool was very clean. Safe area as we had children with us and that was important for me. The location was perfect it was close to malls and other emeneties. Overall I will definitely book again and recommend if anyone was looking for somewhere to stay."

"This was very nice, thank you very much!! 20mn from sphinx international airport which was very handy for us to fly the day after. Inside all is a super new, but most nice is the 1st class service of this family serviced apartment. Arranged us food delivery in evening that she even brought it to the room. No really that was very nice to be. Only regret is to have been only one night. I would have found them before, i would stay at least 2 nights to rest more and make maybe a laundry."

"If you want an authentic "explorer experience in Cairo" this is the place. If you love cats then you will love this place. The Staff is helpful. the Airconditioning is lovely. The energy around the property is absolutly wonderful. I had a small balcony to absorb the energy of the street below which dies down around 11pm but boy is it alive till then. I can totally imagine Indiana Jones (Raiders of the Lost Ark) staying here."

"The entire staff were friendly and kind and welcoming. The property has everything, big pool, cushioned seating, towels, food and drinks can be ordered while sitting by the ocean. Water sports- If you decide to ride an inflatable on the water tell them to go slow bc if you say fast you will be holding on for dear life and wont enjoy it. Fast in arab countries means you dont care if you live or die. These however have nothing to do with the hotel ."

"Pudo ser perfecto si no hubiera tenido ganas de un café por la noche ... La jarra para calentar el agua no funcionó y cuando intente comunicarme con recepción el teléfono no funcionaba... Pero el staff fue muy amable en todo.momento y me ofrecieron un late checkout y me dejaron unos deliciosos dulces antes de dejar el cuarto. Excelente para relajarse"

"Loved the quality of this hotel, centrally located in downtown Cairo. The staff went above & beyond to take care of every request promptly and with graciousness. We did have some issues with the wifi not working in our room except in the bathroom. We brought this to their attention 3 or 4 times but nothing made a difference."

"The room was a nice size, with lovely large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were attentive, welcome drinks and bringing cakes and fruit to the room. We had a suite and needed two beds making up - which would have been better done before our arrival but they did when we arrived around 5pm. Still there was room for a sofa and armchair in the lounge area. We tried both restaurants when there and would say the Italian restaurant was fantastic. The rooftop pool is fairly small and there is seating for drinks which is nice - but there is limited seating - and less if more than 2 of you - we sat on two tables the first night - but staff and service was impeccable. The area around didn’t feel like you would want to walk out and wander around but we had a super early flight out so wanted to pick somewhere between Giza and CAI"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Hilton Cairo Grand Nile We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile and would gladly give the hotel 5 stars. The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and a beautiful Nile-side location. A truly 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
