"Rudely greeted when I arrived a few hours early and was told that a room was available, I thought "great" before I was told that I would have to pay $50 extra. I declined and did not appreciate being lectured how this was common hotel policy everywhere (not true)."

Less keen on that the capsules overheated quickly (sweated all night, which combined with no beverages allowed —> dehydrated in the mornings), ..."
