"This property well exceeded our expectations"

"Arrived later than expected but restaurant staff was very helpful since the rooms were above the restaurant Perfect location"

"Location very good, could do with kitchen area ,clean and tidy and value for money . No issues 8 out of 10"

"This is a historic property right of the main walk way from the lake! The bed was very comfortable and staff were attentive and very helpful with finding a taxi to the train station on a very busy day! Highly recommend!!"

"If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To...

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"

Das Team vor Ort war super, hat sich auch direkt um das Thema gekümmert, soweit es möglich war und hat ein Ersatzzimmer und eine Teilerstattung angeboten. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut."

"This apartment is everything you could ask for if you're looking for a tranquil stay in Como. We loved the building itself. The location couldn't be better. It's just steps away from the Duomo, surrounded by great options for breakfast cafes, cozy spots for an aperitivo, and fantastic restaurants for dinner. You're also only a 5 minute walk from the lake and the ferry station, which made getting around so easy, plus there are plenty of bus stops nearby. The apartment itself was great. The bed...

"Beautiful location, but not easy to access, very windy roads. The villa is quite old and a little run down. The room was spacious with a very nice view. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. They advertised a free bottle of sparkling wine, which we never saw . The room was clean, full of antique furniture. There was a small balcony but the chairs and tables were quite dirty. We couldn't use them. Breakfast was good, with delicious homemade cake but no fresh fruit, only canned fruit ...
