It was very clean and the location was excellent...one block off Main Street The only negative we had was that there was no sink in the bathroom and we had to use the kitchenette sink to brush our teeth etc But we made the best of it and all the pluses of this property far outweigh this negative. "We had trouble checking in. The desk was unmanned, with a note giving details of a number to call. Firstly, not being US residents our phones were not set up for US calls, and even after this issue was resolved the call went to voicemail. The clerk could only be located by walking around the entire property knocking on doors. However after that there were no issues, with a good sized room, and no noise. "

"I arrived around 8pm, I received info about how to enter the unit on the day of check in, just NOT WHAT UNIT I HAD RENTED!! I called the phone number for the property management and left a message. I then decided to just try my door code on ANY unit that did NOT appear to be occupied - and YIPEE a door opened! Yay, glad I was able to find MY unit!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
