"The property was pretty but there were no instructions, no maps, and no explanations as to what the property had to offer when we got there.
The pool was pretty dirty as well. Hopefully that will be cleaned soon and hoping for more often."

"Helpful staff, quick response to anything I needed, I had a last minute request due when I got there and it was granted and that I appreciate so much. It was my son’s birthday weekend and he enjoyed it so much. The waterpark was clean and amazing, I even enjoyed myself as well. They had a bar upstairs where no children could get too and that I appreciated. All in all I’m definitely booking another stay.

"My husband and I stayed at The Chatwal Lodge (about two hours from NYC) and it’s easily one of the best resorts we’ve been to. It feels incredibly private and secluded—it seemed like there were only ~20 guests on property—so the whole experience was calm and special.
