"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, as was the evening meal we had in the restaurant.
Our room was small but with a lovely bathroom. We found it quite noisy as the main road was right outside."
"This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc.
Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy.

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from"
"The Plas yn Dre hotel is a gem. Located in Bala high street (Parking at back) a short walk to lake, it's fabulous for a short visit. the hosts are amazing, the restaurant gorgeous and great value and the room a delight . We stayed in one of the attic rooms with low doorways, but it was absolutely lovely.

"Absolutely superb in every way. Beautiful hotel. Cannot fault anything including every single member of staff who made our stay truly magical. The food and wine in the restaurant was outstanding as were the staff who were fantastic and so knowledgeable. I'd award 10 out of 10 everytime."
