"The accommodations at Tara Lodge were perfect for a short stay in Belfast with easy access to the Titanic Museum and BHD airport. The staff and service were superior specifically highlighting Helena and Ricky who were always pleasant, helpful, friendly, and offering assistance. The included breakfast was fantastic. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay."

"I read a previous reviewer who commented on how dark the walls were. I thought that was a silly comment, but now I get it. You can barely see 2 feet in front of you in the hallways as the lighting is so dim and the walls are painted blk or gray. Rather outdated furnishings, dirty carpets, and homeless people going in and out of the little tiny lobby area. The front door is supposed to be card access only but was never locked so anyone just wandered in. The lift was very tiny and barely could...
