Hotels near Montgomery Park

"The hotel was excellent. The only marks down were the refrigerator made lots of noise (Probably the reason it was unplugged) and the TV had no signal. I'm sure both of these problems would have been addressed had we asked. We will absolutely stay again as we have in the past. "

"The hotel itself was lovely. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out was a smooth process. Unfortunately, our room in particular wasn't great. There were some blueberries from a previous guest that were missed by cleaning crew twice (to be fair, they were behind the curtains, but still. Also, we had no hot water through our stay. It thankfully heated up enough for us to take quick showers but would not recommend washing your hair. We reported it to the front desk, but it seems like maintenance was unable to fix it. Otherwise, great location!"

"Clean room"

"The entire place is outdated by more than 5 decades. The cleanliness is awful. They have put no effort into the maintenance of the property and rely solely on location (it’s only perk). Staff is less than tolerable not even giving the vouchers for breakfast we were owed- or when we bought a 4$ water from their vending machine and received tea instead they said to contact the vendor as opposed to giving us a water for exchange. The heat was not working in the room and it was freezing- the faucets leaked and windows were allowing the cold air to come in. Everything is ancient so the sounds of the city are very loud. The carpet hasn’t been changed (or anything else for that matter) in 50+ years. Terrible terrible place. Book elsewhere. The location isn’t remotely worth it."

"The room was spacious but the train outside keep us up too early in morning. The staff was ok with the exception of getting a car service to a place only 10 minutes away which cost us $51 when the return using LYFT cost only $19.97. The first trip was in a yellow cab and the front desk should have told us about the cost difference between a cab and LYFT. The breakfast was the best part. Good food and fresh. Overall good but do not use yellow cabs unless you want to get charged almost triple the amount to travel close to the hotel."

"My stay was ok. The room was really small. And we were right next to an elevator. Didn’t like that too much. there was no microwave. Brought carry out and wasn’t able to warm my food. Paid $530 for 2 nights and wasn’t able to warm food. 👎 Other than that and parking. I enjoyed my stay. "
