It wasn't fancy but it was comfortable and economical. We just needed a rest from driving without breaking the bank. It was very easy to get to from I65. Exactly what we were looking for.

The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was mold in the first room they tried to put us in and no bathroom light. The television wasn’t working and no one came to fix it. We left a day early because of the poor condition of the place. I will never go there again. We came out on the losing end. Never go to Red Roof inn again.

Decent place to stay for the night. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Only thing that bothered me was they kept the lobby locked, even through breakfast hours. If nobody was at the front desk you didn’t get in. Not very friendly.

I reserved the room for my family on the way to Florida. We were exhausted after working all day and driving 7 hours. The door of the first room wouldn’t close. The lock wouldn’t latch and would open with a slight push without even turning the handle. There was a bottle cap blocking it from properly closing and locking. We encountered the same issue last year. The receptionist gave us the room next door. We found a cockroach on the window in the second room. They offered to refund the room and we did not stay the night. We have yet to receive our money back and it’s been 5 days.

This place was disgusting. And the bed was so loud I couldn’t even move my arm up without the whole bed sounding like it was going to fall apart. The creaky beds make your attempt to sleep not possible

This was such an awful place. They did not even attempt to clean these rooms. There was dirt all over the bathrooms. The bed sheets weren’t clean. I can’t even explain how bad it was. We just laid on top of the blankets and stayed until day break and left. If there would’ve been anywhere else to go we would’ve. We stayed there 5 yrs. Ago and it was completely different. I don’t know what the difference is but they need to change it back. Never again!!

The stay was not horrible for a budget hotel however if you are going to say the breakfast is included from 6a-9a and we go at 8:10 just to have a rude staff lady tell us she don't have time and we can go buy our own breakfast is really upsetting. if it were not for her we would rate this hotel; much higher... plenty of the Latina staff told us that she is always like that with employees and customers but nothing seems to be done about it.
