Great staff, not so great room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a non smoking room, but smelled of smoke. The TV did not work either.

Inexpensive hotel on East Blvd in Montgomery

Former Holiday Inn..I remember the hotel because our team stayed there during the 1994 World Series. I was going to the game at Auburn Saturday night so it was good to have the room to come back too following the game that ended at 9:40, followed by another hour and 10 minutes waiting on the bus and the traffic snarl that is Auburn after a big SEC game. Room could use a chair. TV worked..bed was good. Front desk helpful when net password didn't work.

I guess it goes, you get what you paid for. It was old, dated and really needed some upgrading! The little fridge and microwave were nasty. I had to let the front desk manager know and he at first couldn't understand what i was talking about. He sent someone to come clean it but they did a not so good job. I will not be staying there ever again!!

Horrible

It was nasty. Bed bugs was everywhere and the room was not clean. The had mold everywhere and the lights did not work. The picture online did not match the hotel i paid for. It was a disgrace and it ruin my weekend family getaway. I didnt even get my money back and i was only there for 10 mins.

Our room was not cleaned well. Dirty towels, strands of wig hair on the bathroom floor and a bottle perfume left under the bed. This is an older, outdated property that should be closed.

Last Time

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The bathroom toilet seat was broken the door wouldn’t close or lock then the door wouldn’t open the lights were broken but the bed was clean. We were in a hurry to get to our event. We had to leave the door unlocked and go. Not good at all.

Evacuation

I came here for an evacuation from hurricane ida. Everyone has been nice, there is an indoor pool that has come in handy with the kids and relaxation in general. Its not the best room i have ever been in but i am happy to be here safe from all the wreckage ida left in new orleans!!

Dont stay here!!!!

Even against all the reviews, I stayed here...money was low and only needed it for one night to sleep for work the next morning. Just as reviews stated the room had bed bugs on both beds.

Hotel from Hell

This was a nasty place with no toilet paper and very few towels and hand cloths. The room had not been cleaned and the sheets were stained with some kind of oil or lotion on them. Our key did not work the second day and we did not feel safe. We had paid in advance so our room was "guaranteed". We had to change our plans so we called the hotel and told the lady that we would not arrive until the next morning. She told me that the room was paid for so that would not be a problem, When we did arrive the manager on duty kept telling me lie after lie. First he said we did not show up so our reservation was canceled. I told him we had already paid in full and what the lady had told us the night before. Then he tried to tell me that Hotels.com cancelled the reservation. I told him that was not true because I did not get an email from them. All this time he kept asking one of his house keepers if room 211 was clean (we had specifically asked for the first floor so my wife would not have to climb stairs because of her back surgeries. Finally the girl came and told him it was clean and suddenly he found our reservation and put us in 211 and said that was all he had available. This is Hotel from Hell in so many ways. Steer clear of this place. Hotel.com you should take this place off of your website, it is a bad reflection on your business. I have stayed at a lot of your properties over the last several years and this is the Dump of the Decade.
