"From our check in with Max to the early smiles and friendliness from Angie at breakfast, and warm and incredible helpfullness from Charles, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both for business and pleasure, and have never experienced the genuine friendliness from an entire staff like we did here. We are going back to Ohio for a wedding in 3 weeks and had planned on staying at a different hotel because some other out of town people were staying there but we changed our minds because excellent customer service is such a powerful part to an important list in making a trip successful!"
