The staff was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. Ciao.

The property is noisy. Lots of screaming kids and people getting up at 7:30am being loud and slamming doors to get to breakfast. The breakfast is poor with hosts that don’t help or assist you to find your seats. The restroom in the room was tiny with barely enough room to move and made loud noises.

Didn’t like the service at front desk, especially in the breakfast area and also at the beach. Also didn’t like the pre paid card idea instead of using your credit card . Also had to pay for parking 8 euro per day as well as need to pay at the beach for umbrella per day. This hotel definitely is 2.5-3 star hotel not 4 .

Camera spaziosa con vista mare, ottimo. L’unico problema l’acqua per la doccia non riuscivamo a regolare una temperatura costante e confortevole. Personale gentilissimo.

Es ist für mich unverständlich das die eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenpflichtig sind am Strand, 40 Euro pro Tag. Das ist reine abzocke. Frühstück ist echt begrenzt, hatten kein Mittag und Abendessen gebucht. Parkplatz auf dem Hotel Areal muss zusätzlich gebucht werden, 8 Euro pro Tag. Obwohl es Nebendran freie Parkplätze hat die nichts kosten. Aber beim ckeck in machen sie dir schon fast Angst das dein Auto da abgeschleppt wird. 6 Tage waren wir im Hotel und da waren hunderte Autos geparkt. Die Unkenntnis wird komplett ausgenutzt. Zimmer waren groß und geräumig , ist auch der einzige positive Punkt.

Hotel tutto sommato bello pulito con animazione e personale non all’altezza di un 4 stelle , comodo e funzionale bar bordo piscina,mancano biciclette avendo una ciclabile bella che parte a 100 metri dal hotel, i due ascensori per gli otto piani non riescono il più delle volte a dare il servizio a tutti quindi le scale sono unica soluzione, avendo tre bagnini abbiamo notato come altri ospiti che la piscina poteva essere tenuta aperta ad oltranza turnando bagnini ,e aver qualche stuzzichino o il minimo indispensabile al bar per chi non ha mezza o pensione completa ,camera molto bella spaziosa con tutto quello che serve un po’ calda nelle ore centrali della giornata condizionatore funzionale ma tarato con temperatura alta Comunque nel complesso siamo stati bene

sporco e imbarazzante

esperienza negativa, accolti in malo modo in reception, parcheggio al completo, ci è stata assegnata una camera vista parcheggio nonostante sulla nostra prenotazione era specificata vista mare, camera sporchissima, con telefono rotto, e bagno adibito a persone disabili quindi tendina per doccia e doppio water. ci è stato detto che essendo pieno l'hotel per almeno 2 notti il cambio stanza non era possibile; dopo alcune discussioni abbiamo richiesto incontro direttore al mattino, la notte è passata con il climatizzatore non regolabile e con la richiesta di coperte( non presenti in reception e quindi accontentati con 2 lenzuola aggiuntive). al mattino seguente magicamente si erano liberate più stanze vista mare senza dover parlare col direttore, anch'essa con pulizia pessima. colazione ripetitiva nei vari giorni e con poca scelta. camere rumorose e con tendaggio che alle prime luci faceva subito illuminare la stanza. unica nota positiva va allo staff dell'animazione, giovani gentili e simpatici nel proporre svaghi e attività durante tutta la giornata. per la nostra esperienza da non ripetere, fa strano che una catena di hotel di queste dimensioni non sappia gestire certe situazioni! per fortuna l'assistenza di hotel.com ci ha aiutato e riconosciuto un buono omaggio per il disguido a differenza di quanto fatto da club esse

Sängen var otroligt obekväm, när jag bett att byta sängen antingen fick jag likadan eller bytte de sängkläderna. Fattar inte varför har de fortfarande 4 stjärnor för det räcker nämligen knappt till två. I rummet fanns det inga stolar att sitta förutom en och självklar var den obekväm. Kuddarna på sängen var också under all kritik i det som gäller bekvämlighet - klumpiga och samtidigt ganska hårda. När vi checkade in så var det redan ganska rejält lager av sand i vårt rum trots att vi har precis klivit in. Renlighet i badrummet är 0 av 5. Spegeln fick jag tvätta och torka svält för att kunna se något i det. Däremot så hade vi aldrig problem med handduk - de hämtade inte upp de vid städning, bara lade till. Av någon anledning stängde de stranden med jättegrinden varje dag kl 19. Restaurangen såg halvstängdt ut hela tiden och baren i lobbyn var lämnat av bartender för länge sedan och under våra 5 dagar sär var ingen där. AC funkade knappt så det var ständigt varmt och kvavt i rummet. El stängde av i hela rummet inklusive eluttag så fort man lämnar rummet. Samtidigt fick vi en kort-nyckel så vi kunde inte ladda t ex kamera när vi lämnade rummet. Frukosten var ganska dåligt och tråkigt så 2 av 5 här också. Havsutsikt är ren fusk för vi fick se en kvadrat meter övan taket från fransk balkong. Så mycket mycket mycket dåligt och aldrig igen

Horrible stay

The hotel was antiquated and needed to be totally redone. There was old carpeting in the room that was dirty and had mold. The furniture was beat up. We called housekeeping to revacuum our room but all their vacuum cleaners were old and did not have any suction. The hotel was tacky and noisy. We did not like to be anywhere in the hotel nor by the pool or on the beach. Horrible stay.

Nice hotel. Great staff and location. Spacious rooms. Breakfast however is mediocre. Croissants covered in powdered sugar and the biggest shock is the terrible coffee and that's a big no no in Italy!
