"Essendo in hotel tutte le settimane per lavoro, sono rimasta scioccata della pulizia di questa struttura cioè una pulizia perfetta che neanche negli hotel si vede così ! La camera che è un piccolo appartamento è dotato di tutto il confort. Parcheggio chiuso all’interno della struttura e sicuro. La titolare è stata molto gentile e disponibile. "

"La struttura in generale è carina e comoda, l’appartamento nuovo, mare raggiungibile a piedi e piscina discreta. La cattiva gestione dell’appartamento purtroppo ha influito in maniera negativa sulla mia vacanza nel residence. Il personale che gestiscono l’immobile in cui ho soggiornato, vivono lontani dalla struttura stessa, non sono stati in grado di dare un pronto sostegno quando c’è ne stato bisogno. Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare per quasi 1 ora sotto il sole cocente fuori...

"Tutto fantastico! Le villette sono bellissime,la famiglia Selvaggi è veramente accogliente . In particolare ringrazio il Signor Felice che con la sua pazienza e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico Lo consiglio sia per la vicinanza a Matera, sia per rilassarsi in spiaggia o esplorare zone vicine! Ottimo ristorante in loco, comodità per il parcheggio e struttura con numerosi confort per famiglie Grazie ancora!"

Beautiful place to stay

"Lovely place. Room nice, not in main building. Great service, nice breakfast. Lovely swimming pool and loungers. Only downside is that it’s not central so need to drive into town to eat and for sightseeing. Would have been great to have had option to have dinner in the Masseria."

"The location and the hotel itself was excellent, truly a unique experience. However, even it paled next to the service, which was simply the best we have ever received. Friendly, family-like atmosphere, with staff members who seemed genuinely keen to discuss with us. Nobody was in a hurry, but everything worked. "

"Hotel was great. Amazing views and the staff was excellent. We had a car and they sent lots of communication about how to reserve a spot in a nearby parking garage with a shuttle to the hotel. Lived the cave room and being in the heart of the historic area. "
