The service is excellent. Lorena the manager is wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious. The hotel is a five star hotel that I love to stay at when I visit Monterrey.

InterContinental Presidente Monterrey by IHG
The hotel is brand new and excellent. I had only warm water when I needed it, too sad they could not deliver for some reason. Otherwise all is excellent. Chapulin restaurant also was expensive and did not deliver at the same level.
