Everything was nice, my wife had an issued with the water faucet, i contacted the service desk and maintenance was up checking it before i could said parangaritutirimicuaro. Really happy with the place and service only downside was the pool was down for maintenance and they said it had been like that for several weeks.

The room we had had rat noises in the walls, the baseboards were broken and coming off, no shower door no soap or shampoo (nobody uses them anyways but still). Staff were not helpful changed my room at 5am but wouldn’t compensate for the rat situation. Harassed me about the breakfast when I was told it was gonna be free. Be careful when you pick this hotel DONT pick room 218

Check in was really easy and fast; the staff is very kind, they always has a smile. The room is pretty clean and comfortable and the beds and pillows are really good too. My child loved the pool and there is a small bar with delicious drinks.

The property is conveniently located in the San Pedro area but it’s difficult for Uber drivers to get in and out of the facility. According to the description on Expedia, the property was renovated in 2021 but the rooms are still very dated. The doors were hard to close, the fixtures were rusty, and the shower door did not close all the way hence there was a puddle of water each time someone showered. The double size beds are actually full size beds so it’s tight for two people. The towels are pretty rough which reminded me of the Motel 6 days. A bit of softener may make a huge difference. All the amenities were hard to locate but since it was a short weekend trip, no pool or exercise room were needed.

It is located right across one of the cities best shopping centers, the hotel is very clean and has a great staff that are always there to offer you great customer service.

We were confirmed for an early checkin at 12:30 but didn’t get into our room until almost 3pm but they did give free breakfast to compensate. Staff was very apologetic and attentive. We loved the executive floor with incredible lounge and free food, drinks and snacks. Get the balcony view it huge and has amazing view of mountains.

I felt this hotel is run down. It's not like it used to be. Drains were blocked, and generally just had a tired or overused feel. I think the management need to up there level of reinvestment into their property and furnishings. However, as a hotel, its well located, safe staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Being a guest a couple of times I can say that your are going to be in a great hotel in Monterrey. Near to restaurants and shopping malls, there’s no way you won’t have a great stay here.

Hotel viejo, renovado. todos los dias lleno por sus salones de eventos, por los cuales descuidan a los huespedes, nunca contestan el telefono en recepcion y cualquier peticion no te hacen caso por estar todos ocupados con los eventos, siempre lleno de gente. El estacionamiento se comparte con los eventos, y como huesped nunca hay estacionamiento disponible y tienes que estacionarte en un piso que ni elevador tiene.
