Well it was full of male visitors, not a problem, but they were everywhere around the property; gathering in groups. Walking inside the amenities found them sitting on the floor on the phone or eating. One of them was with no shirt on sitting on the hallways. I canceled my reservation and l went to a different place.

Do not book here!!!
Rust all over, dirty ceilings, and worst of all there's a nightclub in the hotel and they open every night and you can't sleep because you can hear the music until 2am and they don't care about you not able to sleep. It was a nightmare

En nuestra estancia tuvimos la mala experiencia que a mi niño y a mi nos picaron chinches a el fueron dos piquetes pero a mí fueron como 15 a 20 matamos de la cama alrededor de 10 chinches, fuimos a recepción y solo nos cambiaron de cuarto y pidieron una disculpa como si con esto fuera suficiente, tuve fiebre y no pude dormir, ya en mi casa necesito estar aplicando ungüentos para mitigar la sensación de dolor…. Pésima propiedad jamás regresó, me ofrecían una noche de cortesía por el Inconveniente, claro que nooo…. Malísimo todo en este hotel, la gerente del excusa que como tienen visitantes de muchos lugares por eso es qué hay chinches y yo de, no puede ser,… malísimo todo jamás vuelvo

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y la alberca está muy bien pero la limpieza, iluminación y condiciones del mobiliario del hotel dejan mucho que desear. Ojalá pongan atención a esos detalles!

Es una ubicación muy centrica, el presonal de cosina muy amable, en recepción lo normal, llame ya que en la habitación la T.V. estaba desprogramada y fueron atender rapido el Sr. De mantenimiento, mas tarde me di cuenta que el lavabo no funcionaba y era tarde y andaba en ropa de dormir y asi se quedo, no salia ni una gota de agua abri llaves de paso y nada, el clima y las camas muy bien

El personal te trata muy mal del asco jamás volvería a este hotel 🏨 si tiene otras opciones mejor valla se a otro hotel aquí pésimo feo y más el personal te tratarán súper mal si te cambian las toallas ni nada

No es posible que el mal olor este por todos lados y que tenga cucarachas en las habitaciones, no pude comer en el lugar por la falta de higiene evidente en todas las instalaciones.
