Puntos buenos: El personal es muuuy amable y servicial, bastante amigables. La ubicación es inmejorable a una cuadra de la macro plaza y el barrio antiguo. El check out a las 2 de la tarde es bastante amigable también. Puntos malos: El wifi nunca nos funcionó, por ende la tv tampoco funcionaba y el hotel parece que ya lo sabía, las instalaciones son muy viejas (camas duras, paredes algo sucias, baño bastante simple)

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, llegué temprano y como había habitación disponible me la dieron en el instante, lugar adecuado para dormir algo antiguo pero limpio, con agua caliente y A/C, considero que está bien por lo que se paga, recuerden que los hoteles de Monterrey son más caras en comparación con CDMX así que si quieres algo mejor mínimo pagarás el doble que esté.

Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia,limpia y cómoda. El personal es amable y el check out es hasta las 2 pm, ese es un plus que nadie tiene. Buen servicio Lo único que podría mejorar, es que el internet solo funcionaba en la recepción, y una botellita de agua en la habitación sería muy apreciada.

El lugar esta perfecto por que esta muy centrico y economico pero si estaria bien que cambiaran los colchones viejos de casi 10 años y las sabanas pudieran ser mejor si no cambian el colchon deperdido que las sabanas sean de cajon para que no se vea el colchon viejo.
