Buen servicio pero el Hotel viejo
Tienen un sistema de calefacción viejo, tuvimos frío dos noches, encontramos toallas sucias manchadas, las carpetas se ven viejas, los olores artificiales que usan como desodorantes son extremadamente fuertes. No hay reglas o límites para los huéspedes, vecinos ruidosos por dos noches. El personal fue amable y servicial.

Hotel is downtown, i wouldn't bring kids. Its really dirty outside, its next to a big shopping plaza wherw you can pick up cheap anything you need. At night its loud lots of parties, and lots of construction.

Geovana 10+ customer service is excellent, overall the rest of the staff is good, but I feel very welcome every time I come to this hotel and she welcomes me back Location is very convenient to everything Safe and clean regardless the construction going on behind building but noice doesn't bother at all since they work during the Day

The rooms advertised in the photos are not what you get. Our room was much smaller, worn down, broke door, holes in the wall, dirty walls, and questionable sealing around the shower. Would say for the money you could stay somewhere with nicer rooms. The staff and building itself were outstanding and We are impressed with their kindness. Would attach pictures if I could. .

The rooms were not very clean. Very dusty and the vents need some serious cleaning. On top of that, the AC was not properly working. However, Staff was very kind.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Close to good restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Large room with great wifi. Our only disappointment was that the bar was closed and it is supposed to be an historic gem. Would definitely stay here again.
