"Bad experience. I stayed for 2 nights and the service was very poor. The staff had a bad attitude. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the air conditioning wasn't working. On the second day, they didn’t clean the room. Bad experience — I don’t recommend.

El hotel es muy caro para el nivel de servcios. Tiene solo 2 elevadores que hacen las esperas muy largas. La comida en el restaurante es PESIMA y el servicio es malo. El bar esta muy mal diseñado para sentarse y convivir. No volveria nunca. Hay mejores opcines en Monterrey por el mismo precio
