I wanted to take a moment to praise the exceptional service we received during our stay at Hotel Casa Real. Luz from housekeeping went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. Jorge at the help desk was always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had, and Edgar helped us order food late at night with a smile. The hospitality and kindness shown by these team members made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff! 5 stars and highly recommended

Hotel is very basic and that’s the beauty. Clean everything and great service, staff wants you to be comfortable and food is delicious and local. You enjoy typical dishes with a home made taste for breakfast and it’s free, (included with the stay), other meals are charged but prices are great.

Realmente lo que ofrecen en la información en Internet (fotos, servicio, tamaño de la habitación) no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Quedé bastante desilusionado con lo recibido, la amabilidad del personal de recepción fue muy bueno, hicieron lo que pudieron para que estuviera cómodo.

El peor hotel. Le puse una estrella pero no llega ni a eso, me retire al día siguiente, busque otro hotel. Eso no le sirve ni a las cucaracha. No pido ni el rembolso porque es más el trabajo. No lo recomiendo

Realmente las imágenes no son reales, me cobraron una habitación triple y me dieron otra de dos, hospedaje muy caro para lo que realmente uno recibe, el cuarto tenía olor a humedad, en recepción desconocen de esta aplicación como medio de reserva, la habitación no tenía espejo, habitación debajo de colchones se tenia cucaracha. Creo que deja mucho que decir y que deben trabajar en ofrecer y dar lo que realmente es el hospedaje para evitar estos comentarios. Me fui por esta opción porque quería una experiencia increíble para mi hijo y no fue así!

Mi estadía en el hotel Ayenda Casa Real.

La ubicación del hotel es adecuada. A solo Cinco minutos de la Ronda del Sinú y en la zona Centro que permite un fácil acceso a monumentos y comercio en general. La atención fué buena. La habitación agradable, con ventilación y bastante límpia. Para mejorar tal vez, el hecho de que no había nada disponíble en la nevera para tomar. El check in y check out fué bastante fácil y el desayuno muy bueno.

Clean and friendly staff

Good hotel friendly staff, good breakfast, this hotel is next to doum touwn, boulevards, beautiful malecom on Sinú River, room clean, toilette ok, tv and refrigetor. Normal decoration and a/c perfect. No hot waterr, but It is not necessary. Internet free. Hotel Recommended.
