"I'll start with the worst: the smoke detector went off at 4:00 a.m. because apparently you're not allowed to take a hot shower at that time of day. The room smelled like ammonia and other various cleaners. The bed squeaked and banged on the wall anytime you moved around the slightest bit (like just rolling over). Location wise is a mixed bag. "The staff was amazingly kind and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay here again though, it was booked in a pinch on a last minute trip. Outside of the motel or staff control, it’s just an extremely loud place to stay. You can hear everyone around you, people were constantly yelling and then smoking on the balcony next to the large no smoking sign. The beds are so uncomfortable, my back feels like I was ran over by a car and then they reversed over my body just to run me over again. In the motels control,...

"The hotel room was dirty! No iron had to ask for that and not towels had to ask for that!! The beds felt dirty and dusty and had an unclean smell to it. Don’t fall for the pictures it was not as expected at all. The air vent was super dirty as well didn’t want to turn it on. Just overall terrible experience."

"This is a very nice, clean hotel. The breakfasts each morning fir the 5 days we were there was great and different everyday! The only complaint i would have would is that for me, the beds were too firm. Which for other travelers might be a good thing. Otherwise, good price and convenient location. We stay again. "

"The hotel is in an amazing location. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to see the ocean from the shared balcony. "We tried to update our stay from 2 nights to 1 night a day fully before our 2nd night was to start, and were denied. Long story short, even when we gave plenty of notice to update our stay, we were still charged for an extra night (>$100). Story: I approached the night shift front desk staff around 8pm. He told me to come back in the morning before checkout to do the request. The next morning I went to the front desk around 10am (check out is 11am). That front desk staff told me to update...
