"The host, I forgot the gentlemans name, was polite and welcoming. Apologetic as many people came at once but thats understanding, he cant control that. Showed the suite which was clean. Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful. "Wonderful hotel! A short walking distance from the promenade and the Old City. The reception staff, especially Suzanna, were lovely, efficient, and very helpful. I received an upgrade to an amazing room without even asking. The bathtub in the room was simply a treat. Many thanks!"

"Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The castle wall is just outside the window so shades were normally closed. Front staff was great, would great you when you arrived and “have a nice day” as you exited. Breakfast was marginal. Order off a menu without a clear description of what you are ordering. Restaurant staff was un attentive, typical for the Balkans, however more so at this location, we sat and listened to a heated discussion between two employees one morning, who knows what it was about....
