"I canโt say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly took pride in the work they did and it was really felt. The restaurant is phenomenal. One of the highlights was doing the Pasta making experience. We met Monica who showed us her pasta making skills and she was so warm and lovely and talented and Mara translated Beautifully. Mara also met us with a Prosecco when we arrived. After we were able to sample the pasta and the waiter was so knowledgeable about both food and wine (sadly canโt remember his name). The people at reception always greeted us with smiles and very knowledgeable l. I am actually sad to leave."

"This is a really lovely hotel in the center of Bologna. I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed my stay. It is right off the main square and close to everything. The staff are phenomenal and the breakfast was really good. Despite what you normally get in Europe. I cannot recommend this high enough."

"Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."

"This family of three enjoyed a ten day stay and found Relais Bellaria a friendly and relaxing experience. The restaurant was excellent throughout, though I would prefer that dogs are not permitted inside. though the coffee machine was often not working. The gym equipment was quite old, though functional, but the gym itself is not air conditioned and is far too hot. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. The pool does get busy at times with outside visitors but not enough to spoil the experience. We had a Junior Suite which I recommend for three persons for the extra space, though the sofa bed was not large enough for anyone over 10 years old. A double fold out sofa bed is necessary if advertising as an โextraโ bed. The shower was small with unreliable water pressure. I mention the negatives to bring to the hotelโs attention but this was an excellent visit overall and good value for money."

"Nice place in the outskirts of downtown- little hard to find with Mapquest- but we did make it. The hotel is in great shape- the up garden needs a bit of maintenance- but the parking was excellent! Had very good dining experience for dinner- and our room was beautiful- we had the blue suite- which was outstanding- the hot tub on the balcony was fun. "
