"We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. "The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a breakfast consisting of Sicilian baked goods, coffee and brought in from a local bakery. We also had a small private terrace. Parking was secure and easy. We participated in an ecotour to see Mt. Etna. The tour picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient."

"The ambience of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is well-located with views of Etna. The staffs are exceptionally well-trained, the food reasonably priced and excellent quality. Eating dinner near the pool has to be one of best locations, beautifully set-up with tablecloths, shining glassware, suitable lighting and music. Rooms are sufficiently spacious and spotlessly clean. Decor is older style but suits the nature of the hotel."
