"Unbelievable property with stunning rooms and amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and really made the experience. We travelled as a couple and it’s the perfect place to have a unique countryside experience with amazing food and drinks. We came during a challenging time during an ongoing once-in-a-decade Etna eruption event and the staff handled it with extreme class, accommodating with a guest-first mentality and making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more - self sufficient from food, wine, and fresh ingredients. Shoutout to Sebastian, Pierre, Chiara, Luca and Nuwan for their hospitality too!"

"Beautiful, modern hotel! All the details were taken care of. This boutique hotel is fantastic. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent staff and service. Breakfast was superb! The restaurant below named Scorzo Nera was also excellent!"

"Luxury tent was incredible. Private hottub with a view, especially at night, was unforgettable. Tent itself was very clean and had a lot of space and amenities. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The dinner platter/spread that they cooked for me was one of the best meals I had on the trip. I explained that I had to leave early in the morning for my flight out of Catana so I would likely miss their included morning breakfast, however, they were insistent on waking up earlier than normal to provide me with a delicious breakfast. Would 100% stay here again if Im ever at or around Mt Etna."

"Room 103 had a view of mount etna and we watched it from the balcony during an eruption. What an experience! The pool area was clean, breakfast was cooked to order, wifi good and parking plentiful. The only downside is that dinner didn't start until 19:30. That is normal in italy but there was also no where in walking distance to eat. We drove to a lovely pizza shop nearby called salvos because I cannot eat that late."

"We highly recommend spending a night or two here. The hotel is wonderful and the grounds are so peaceful. We also recommend getting dinner here. The food was great, some of the best we had in Sicily!"
