"The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕"

"This place is fantastic. All of the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and you can add omelets or other items for a nominal fee. Will definitely stay again!"

"well located in downtown close to bus stop, many dining establishments, pharmacy and grocery store. comfy beds and good linens. parking not adjacent only detriment. Breakfast offered excellent pastries and we'll done bacon accompanying real eggs, not reconstituted dry powder. Management was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Higky recommend. Priced lower than nearby Cortina, although construction creates traffic delays in that direction. so allow extra time."
"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful spa resort in the Dolomites! Everything was so clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, the perfect place to relax after long days of hiking in the mountains. The included spa was a true highlight, and soaking there each evening felt like the ultimate reward.
The staff was incredible, especially Massimo, who was unbelievably kind and attentive, he truly anticipated our every need and made us feel so cared for. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a perfect start to our day.
We also had a wonderful experience with the bartender in the evenings (we didn’t catch his name), but he really went above and beyond, offering the best local recommendations and making every interaction warm and friendly.
We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this magical place to anyone visiting the Dolomites!"
