"Although a nice hotel on a decent beach, unless you pay a ton extra for a room on the ocean side, come prepared with ear plugs or you won’t get good sleep. The sound of traffic for a one way road was crazy. I felt like they were driving right next to my bed. Change the city that never sleeps to San Juan. Motor cycles roared all night, and if horns weren’t honking, police sirens were sending warning chirps. Also, the adult pool got hotter and hotter every day. By our last day it was a hot bath. As much as I appreciated the quality of the hotel and staff, I would not plan another stay at this location."

"Very old property nothing like the pictures. I thought I booked ocean front the ocean was literally across the street like a highway dividing me and the beach. INstead of listening to the waves crash i listened to traffic"

Breakfast is cooked fresh, there is a hot tub and pool, and the grounds are immaculate! The hotel is high in the mountains so it is quiet and scenic. It is authentic Puerto Rico! "Each interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant. The front desk allowed us to check in a bit early as we were merely inquiring about leaving our luggage with them. They explained everything thoroughly about the Wifi, breakfast times, and information on the mini-store and adjacent bar. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice. The adjacent restaurant has really good food and drinks. My family member went to the casino, on the same premises, and won some money. I love the fact that they have a mini kitchen where you can order some hot food versus ordering out. I wish my stay was longer. When I am in Puerto Rico again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
