"This hotel is superb! The staff is very friendly - they come down stairs to help bring your luggage up or down to the front door. The breakfast is wonderful and rich in varieties. "Au moment de réserver, nous avons mal lu et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un morceau de chambre de 10m2 avec un lit 140x190 de côté nous empêchant d'ouvrir la valise. Buffet petit-déjeuner minimaliste et peu renouvelé. Étonnant pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de café ni de bouteille d'eau offerts en chambre. Gros point fort en revanche : sa situation au cœur du centre-ville. Bref, un peu déçu."

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
