Experiência muito ruim

A senhora que nos recebeu na recepção não demonstrou nenhuma simpatia. Na verdade parecia que estava nos fazendo um favor em nos receber. O cheiro de cigarro do lugar era insuportável. A minúscula televisão não funcionava. O box do banheiro foi o menor que jacto e a oportunidade de usar. Para completar minha péssima experiencia, o café da manhã servido era composto apenas de poucos produtos industrializados e a jarra de suco, não natural, de cor avermelhada, já estava servido sobre a mesa. Definitivamente foi o pior hotel que já estive em toda a minha vida.

Hotel vecchiotto, soggiorno da sufficienza

Hotel vecchiotto, avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata. E' stato sotto tutti gli aspetti sufficiente, ma non oltre. Il giardino per esempio aveva ancora gli arredi da sistemare dopo l'inverno, quindi era inagibile. Per colazione puoi scegliere tra dolce (di fresco solo un croissant, fette biscottate con marmellata, miele e crema alle nocciole) e salato (prosciutto e formaggio), caffè o cappuccino, un succo d'arancia, una bottiglietta di acqua. Il luogo è comodo per raggiungere il centro di Montalcino (si può fare anche a piedi, anche se è parecchio in salita verso l'albergo). Giudizio complessivo sufficiente, ma con buone potenzialità di miglioramento.

Chambre quasi-parfaite, à part l'éclairage un peu juste. Personnel très agréable et serviable Hôtel calme, à l'écart de la ville (1 km environ) Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Molto disponibili, posizione a un chilometro dal borgo di Montalcino, camera grande con terrazzo che affaccia sulla val d’orcia, il tramonto è uno spettacolo, pulizia quotidiana con relativo cambio asciugamani, bagno ampio con box doccia e vasca, colazione servita al tavolo e si può decidere se avere dolce o salato. Che dire… per un tre stelle ne vale la pena. Qualità prezzo al top. Ci tornerei sicuramente

abbiamo soggiornato per affrontare l'eroica, il personale è stato gentilissimo fin dal check in, hanno servito la colazione prima dell'orario per permetterci di arrivare in tempo alla partenza della gara, abbiamo cenato nel ristorante, tutto buonissimo, al rientro della gara ci hanno fatto fare la doccia in una camera di servizio. consigliatissimo

You have to have a car to go there. Good for a short rest. There’s a swimming pool but without steps for going up. What would you expect with such a reasonable price.

Potenzialità enorme mal gestita

L'hotel offre un discreto comfort ma ha bisogno di un lifting generalizzato, la reception al contrario delle camere non da idea di essere cosi pulita, i tappeti e la moquette in tutto l'albergo hanno bisogno urgentissimo di essere sostituiti, la nostra camera era abbastanza piccola e con una doccia cosi piccola da essere impraticabile, la piscina è quasi completamente abbandonata a se stessa e la posizione dell'hotel situato a 1,3 km di salita ripidissima dal paese costringe a prendere sempre l'auto per spostarsi. Il personale dell'hotel sempre gentile e disponibile e la colazione variata e abbondante mitigano un po' le mancanze sopra descritte, se l'hotel allestisse una navetta per il paese sarebbe un gran servizio. Voto generale 5.

It´s not a hotel... It´s a B&B

This "hotel" should be called a B&B. We knewed after booking that it didn´t have a 24-hours reception. We´ve tried to contact the hotel to deal the check in time and we got a not-so-polite answer that we were late for check out. The rooms are good, the view is good, but everything is old and it can´t be rated as a 3-star-hotels. If you want to stay there, consider it as a bed and breakfast to plan your trip. Not worth for what it costs.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.Ottimo il ristorante

Esperienza positiva, il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anche dopo l'orario di chiusura della reception. Ottima vista dal terrazzino, peccato che la giornata che abbiamo beccato non era una giornata tersa. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente il ristorante. Colazione dalle 7:30 alle 9:30 se non erro. Sarebbe fantastico estendere l'orario fino alle 10:00 per permettere a coloro che sono in vacanza di dormire qualche minuto in più. Connessione Wi-Fi migliorabile.
