Overall, the communication between RSVP Tremblant needs a lot of improvement. Any and all communication we had with the RSVP staff was very poor. They lacked key knowledge about their own property…like how to access the pool. On the day of check-in, I received 8 emails from them…but only telling us the key code for the door. They just do not seem to care about any level of helping customers enjoy their stay but no hesitation in RSVP Tremblant to charge “Property Fees”. The Manager on-site could not speak English well enough to help with our issue.
The property we stayed in was nice and definitely met our expectations, it was a little dated but that has become the norm in most Tremblant properties.
Nice pool, once you figure out to use the garage access key to use the pool, absolutely never mentioned to us.
I did find the unit was very well equipped with kitchen items. Beds were quite old and on wheels, but not anchored to anything?
Nice to have a bbq and deck was nice too.
Overall the property did not disappoint but the customer service/communication was beyond poor. Unfortunately, the lack of help and the extremely high property fees would prevent us from booking this property again.
