"This was our first time in Mont St Michel. This hotel is located right off the Main Street near the entrance. It was easy to find. Staff was very helpful since you have to park your car off the site and then take a shuttle bus. Staff helped us to navigate that. The stairs were narrow as expected so travel light is the key. Rooms are comfortable. "

"We arrived late and the front desk staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before retiring to our room. Parking is on site, just across the road. The breakfast was delicious with several hot and cold food options. "

"This was the worst hotel I ever had in my entire lifetime. When arriving at the hotel we thought it was the wrong place, looked like a rebuilt workshop. They have totally 3 rooms with one toilet and one shower separate outside rooms. All 3 rooms have a very low standard, simple and uncomfortable. My reservation includes continental breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee, juice, bred and Jams. I can’t understand why this hotel is available and allowed on Hotel.com homepage. Located 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station, the room was decorated with great care and was super comfortable and clean. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind to meet our needs and were also helpful in giving us advice and recommandations. The breakfast was excellent, with local products and tasty delicatessen. "Staff were lovely - very welcoming. Room was clean and well equipped. It was fantastic having 2 linked rooms to share as a family. We stayed in August and it was very hot without air conditioning. We couldn't prop the window open to cool the room and despite comfortable beds none of us slept well. The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the pineapple was fizzy/acoholic/off."
