Free parking, knowledgeable and helpful staff, pet friend (including cats and birds?!) and the basics were there (clean floors, toilet paper, towels, etc). A bit expensive for how worn down the rooms and building is but a little bit rough around the edges I can handle if it’s clean and not a health risk.

The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! I couldn't say enough good things about the ladies who helped accomodate my stay. Incredibly friendly, easy to work with and SO lovely. 5/5 stars for the staff no second thoughts. The rooms are very old and in rough shape, if you're just looking for somewhere to throw your stuff and lay your head it'll do the job! Lots of parking, air conditioning was great

Room was clean and comfortable, but the real bonus was the location and surrounding amenities. My favorite coffee shop, grocery store, numero7s lunch and dinner choices and even had my oil changed and truck washed within sight of the hotel. Just minutes from anywhere in the city. Looking forward to our next stay.

Staff were very helpful and kind and the location was perfect for our needs. The elevator was not working while we were there and the stairwells were very hot with huge windows. On the day it rained it was clear that there was some leaking happening around the windows in the stairwell. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service. There seems to be some maintenance needed, but overall we were comfortable and the room was clean and met our needs. For the low price I would stay there again.
