"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"The staff was great from when we checked in to the time we left. The rooftop bar was amazing every evening to overlook Venice and the location couldn’t be better for those who like an inter-city hike and time at the museums. We travelled with our children and they loved it as well. Only two small issues were some ants in the room, and the shower drain seemed to be quite plugged. I am sure those are easily fixed and would not stop me from coming again. Worth every Euro, must be one of the best places in downtown Florence."
