"We stayed at the Residence Theresia in advance of a cruise. The hotel was well kept and the facilities adequate. Check-in was relatively easy- though providing check-in documents, passport info and paying tax was difficult because we were traveling in advance of our arrival. Otherwise great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet."

"Check-in was a bit stressful with the key safe not working and emergency phone number not being answered. But the property itself is wonderful and in a great location. Would stay again"

"Schöner idyllischer Campingplatz am Strand von Grado. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Mehrere Pools und Freizeitaktivitäten vorhanden."

"First and foremost this apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything in the center but on a quiet tucked away street. The manager was friendly. We stayed on the third floor apartment. It was clean and had ample space and amenities. If you’re a light sleeper, though, the air conditioner is extremely loud and doesn’t function well."

"sono stata un po’ triste perché la piscina apriva a giugno però in fin dei conti mi sono molto rilassata nei giorni che ho alloggiato lì, posto molto tranquillo silenzioso. Di notte ho avuto un po’ di freddo però ho trovato in armadio una coperta un po’ più pesante. "

"I love the area. Plus my family lives around there so it's convenient. Bus transport is great. And it's a 15-20 minute walk downtown. I did not like my apartment. I had 3 windows facing an airshaft and one with light and air. I should have requested a different apartment but I think I was just too tired from the trip."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"100+% meeting expectation. Good beds, room just as in pictures, very clean, excellent location, noisy at evening (as we knew in advance) but not a problem with earplugs. Will come again."
