"There was workers or guest above us so we heard running, grinding noises until late and then early the next morning. We have sleep machines to drown out noises but they couldn’t drown out those. If we were staying more than 1 night, we would have reported it. But it was nothing worth doing by the time it was happening. Breakfast was great. Everything else was fine for us."

"For check in we had to wait in line for 20 minutes even though we had done pre checkin. For a busy weekend, they only had 2 people working the front desk. The room was clean. The shower did not drain well at all causing us to shower in water up past our ankle. Overall we always have a good stay at this Stoneycreek. This time we just had a few things that could have been better. "

"So pictures are deceiving the pictures I seen prior to booking were not the way the rooms looked by any means. The staff at check in were absolutely wonderful, however that was not the case for staff at check out. The 2 men that were on shift at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. They even carried in our tremendous amount of belongings since we had to do work during the stay. Staff at check out was terrible we requested a late check out and I thought charged for a late check out but they say we did not and kicked my friend out when I was doing work stuff (the reason for the stay) and away from the room at the time which mind you she did not have anywhere to go with not knowing anyone in the area and not knowing the area to go anywhere."
