"The ladies at the front desk really made all the difference to me. I wish I could remember both of their names. One's name, I think, was Gabby. They could not have been more courteous, welcoming and helpful. Always a smile and eager to help. They get the five stars. About everything else: I do wish the shower had more pressure, and the cooling unit vibrated to the extent that I put my suitcase on top of it to stop the vibration noise. We were unable to raise the shades, but this was hardly worth complaining about."
