Great place for R & R

I stayed for a few days of quiet and beach time. I especially wanted to be on East Coast Sumba because of the sunrise. very morning I walked along the quiet beach alone to watch the night turn into day and view the sunrise. The actual point of sunrise alas, had moved over too far to view, but I still love the beach from night to day. and I love it alone. So I got what I wanted. The staff were stellar. Very attentive. Available and courteous. Yet they leave you alone if that is what you want. They went out of their way with hospitality and friendliness. That alone is worth five star recommendations. The food was fresh and well presented. The spot is isolated so be prepared to stay in and enjoy the beach. It is well maintained and clean. The water is warm and clear.
