"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Parking was one of the factors in choosing this property, We had a rental car this trip and this was one of the few properties that offered parking included for no extra charge, Two days before arrival we were informed parking was NOT available, Had we know that in advance we would have chosen another property. There was no effort to make alternate parking arrangements. We found parking near by but at a cost of 40 Euro per night, Compensation is requested. "

"Hospitality at its best! Lovely stay at this wonderful oceanfront property. Breakfast is the best we have had in our travels through Italy. We relaxed in the modern and peaceful pool area. Much needed after all of the sightseeing in Palermo. The staff was warm, kind, and attentive to guests' needs. Mondello is a gem and this is the best place to stay. Thank you for making our stay so special."
