"When I initially came, I was thrown for a loop about paying for parking. I called to ask how to do it and was given directions to follow the QR codes outside. It was posted though not prominent on my expedia reservation. We checked in & the wrong amount originally came up. The man at the desk corrected it. The room was beautiful but had a big problem: it was a one queen room and I had a two queen room. I called the desk, they apologized and took care of it and had us in the right room in no time. The cleaning staff was on top of everything but boy did they have a struggle. A pageant was happening & the attendees were not the cleanest or most considerate of cleaning up after themselves. We had no other issues beyond this other than parking. I had paid for the parking but quickly realized that it was highly unlikely I would find a place to park if I left. Thankfully I just rode with a friend to retain my spot. When I came in later that night around 9:30 we drove around to see if there was a closer spot and NOTHING was open. There was a pageant going on there and a wedding party so perhaps that impacted the situation more; however, I would have been really ticked off if I couldn’t find a spot AND I was forced to pay for parking. Somebody would have gotten an earful. When I was checking out, a man parked up front asked if he could follow us to our spot so he could have a space because the lot was completely full. If you are going to charge, ensure that guests can park."
