"Excellent 4 day stay during height of summer at Salty Lodge. Literally steps from the busy Old town, but area is very safe and somewhat quieter. The rooms are pretty spacious for our family of four, with a veranda that looks out/down to the street activity, stores and restaurants. Shower has pretty good water pressure, no shortage of hot water and rooms have comfy beds. We enjoyed the 5th floor rooftop, oh the views! Make sure to it out at sunrise. Our room was always cleaned well and the staff was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp. Our only issue is that they often did not have enough beach towels available for everyone, which was an issue because we had planned to go to the beach everyday. Miguel at the front desk gave us such great food recommendations and was very passionate which was nice to see. Also Mayana at breakfast was so sweet and helped us with a care package as we had to leave very early before breakfast started on our last day. "We had a fantastic stay for our baby moon! -Room was very large and clean. Beautiful balcony. We didn’t use the tub, but it was pretty and there was a large shower with his and her shower heads.
