"My family and I were never planning on coming to Invercargill. However an accident in Queenstown caused a family member to be hospitalized and transferred to this city for surgery. We booked the Distinction Invercargill to stay while they recovered post-operation, and the staff here went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable.
