"For an older property, it is clean to the point you expect it to be.The gaming floor is not as attractive as other neighboring casinos are. The cigarette smell is stronger in there as well. Couldn’t get to the pool because we didn’t have swimwear. We were trying to visit real quick with friends but it was a no-go. The Havana is a good restaurant; enjoyed breakfast and lunch there. The food was fresh and the service is very attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was weird because it had a sliding door that didn’t close and the shower had a half glass wall that allowed all the water to splash onto the floor. The one major issue was the lack of quiet experienced at night from the outside strip. We were on the side directly across from Caesars and their night club thumped music until 3:30am. That was tough as we were experiencing exhaustion from the three hour time difference. Overall Okay hotel."

"Walking into the casino was rough — the entire place was filled with smoke and had a stale, unpleasant smell. It’s clear they need a serious upgrade to their air filtration system. Even finding the hotel check‑in area was confusing because nothing was clearly marked. For a Saturday at 4 PM, having only two people working the desk made no sense. The line was long, slow, and frustrating. I ended up using the self‑check‑in kiosk, which worked, but it still lacked basic features — like being able to choose your room, especially when the hotel clearly had plenty available. A mobile check‑in app would solve half of this. Then came the room. It felt like a dungeon — one tiny 4’ x 8’ window that barely let in any sunlight. The AC unit looked like it was from the 90s, was loud, and couldn’t cool the room at all. I called and texted the front desk, and they said someone was coming to check it. No one ever showed. We left for hours, came back, and someone finally knocked at midnight. Overall, it just wasn’t a good value."

"I loved how clean the room and property was but idk if it was because it was a long weekend but we had to wait in a long line just for the elevator every single time. We stayed in the Mountain View tower and omg every time it was a long wait, it was dreadful just thinking about leaving our room because of this reason. Also the rooms are paper thin. I could literally hear every single noise from our floor."
