"The rooms were clean, the staff was great, the pool needed cleaning but it wasn’t bad. My only problem was that the guests were very loud in the early hours of the morning and were playing their persona speakers. I called reception and was promised they’d fix it but it wasn’t. I just wish the crowd control was managed but it’s ok. "

"Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. "

"Great location. Close to Rosebank where there are many great restaurants to chose from. Lovely breakfast. Friendly service. Only suggestion is for an aircon as fan was super noisy in room. Cannot leave windows open due to mosquitoes. Other than that we will be back. "

"The Black Eagle Hotel and Spa is a wonderful place to go when you just want to completely zone out. I spent a couple of nights here and found the atmosphere incredibly relaxing. There were plenty of opportunities to lounge by the pool, enjoy the beautiful gardens, and truly not feel the need to go anywhere at all. The on-site restaurant was a great convenience, and the food was excellent."
