The staff was wonderful- they went above and beyond to help with adjoining rooms, complimentary water, parking, etc. The hotel itself is pretty dated - but is in an excellent location. Walk to everything! The beds were comfortable. In room coffee wasn’t very good/ but fresh coffee downstairs with the complimentary breakfast.

Excellent location with free parking. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Good size refrigerator. Good coffee shops and restaurants and bars within short easy walk. Free buffet breakfast with small but decent selection of hot food. Breakfast staff are friendly and helpful, keeping everything clean and topped up. Coffee facilities in room pretty unexciting, but plenty of nearby options. Worth the cost. Would stay again. All the staff were great.

Great location in downtown Fairhope. Room was very clean. Housekeeping lady, Crystal, was very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were friendly and we were efficiently checked in. Breakfast was very good and not the same each day. Breakfast attendants each day were so nice and we enjoyed talking with them. My only negative comment is that the booth seating in the breakfast area is needs to be refurbished. It is very worn and I sank in it when I sat down, and I am a petite, slender woman. Despite that, I still rate this hotel 5 stars!

Overall the hotel felt like it needed a facelift. It is in need of love. Breakfast, location and parking are what is helping the rating. Hopeful Hampton Inn can give this gem a much needed renovation.

We had a great time staying at this cute hotel. Leigha, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. My son loved swimming in the pool. The breakfast was great, as usual at Hampton Inn. Our room was comfortable. We had a nice stay!

The hotel was centrally located in Fairhope which made it convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants. THe public parking was free and near the hotel. The hotel was clean but needs to be updated and refreshed. THe wallpaper was peeling, the tile in the bathroom was broken with pieces missing, the sink had cracks in the paint, and the wooden furniture was splintered.
