"The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet."

"The room was a great size, the kids loved the complimentary drinks and snack area. We loved how close it was to the train station and that it had a free shuttle bus to Disney."
