I was even told if I was a Hyatt number it would be daily only to be told the next morning that staff member was incorrect."

"Check in was unique. There was no front desk. The management sent room number and entry door code through texting. We stayed for 2 nights. Was waiting for check out instructions by day 3 morning, none came so we just cleared out and left. I can see some efforts had been made in the past to make the room "nice", but the interior was very dated. Window didn't have a screen. Light bulb for walk-in closet burnt-out. Ceiling light is missing its cover. We didn't contact the management because we just...
